La Trelade Hotel

Great area for where we needed to be but bus travel into town not walkable

I travel around the UK with work and this has to be my favourite hotel, spacious comfortable room, fantastic breakfast, gym/ pool included in the price (not all hotels do this) and the staff were brilliant too. Overall 10/10.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, big and double bed for solo traveller. Indoor pool and gym great for rainy days.

It was well situated from the airport however the draw back here was that we could hear planes frequently the hotel could benefit from sound proofing it was not the warmest welcome but professional none the less the WiFi was poor and the gym equipment was somewhat lacking the on site restaurant was absolutely lovely great staff amazing food and wine selection I did find the sauna charge rather odd didn’t expect to pay to use something like that so didn’t use it and the changing facilities could do with updating as the lockers do not accept new pound coins and the staff do not have tokens

Always good friendly staff ideal location for airport

My family and I had two twin rooms. The rooms are quiet and clean so they definitely cover my two biggest priorities. While the rooms are comfortable, they are in need of a refresh. The bathrooms are actually in very good shape and seem to be kept up or more recently refreshed compared to the rest of the room. The hotel is close to the airport. There is not a lot to the outside of the property, but it was enjoyable sitting out front and having a drink in the evening. There was one gentleman on staff who was extremely helpful. The rest of the staff did not seem to want to be bothered much, but I was not there to make friends. The breakfast was fine. There is a continental buffet with different egg and meat plates also included.

The hotel was perfectly adequate if somewhat dated. The staff were all friendly and most helpful. The restaurant was good with a different type of menu from the norm. Ideal location for airport passengers, as it is literally 5 minutes from the terminal.

The hotel setting was very good as we could get from the airport and into St Peters port and also all over the island from the bus stop just across the road. The hotel itself has a very good health centre, the bedroom we had was quite roomy and clean and best of all the breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal we had in the Sahara restaurant. Staff were welcoming and hard working. Overall a very good hotel in a good position.
