Very friendly staff. Great food.rather awkward parking but great help from staff (paul) in achieving safe parking. Very recommended .A must for the Elizabethan restaurant.

This hotel is fantastic! From start to finish they treated us (honeymooners) like royalty. I cannot recommend the staff, concierge enough! The in-house restaurants were brilliant, and they booked all our external restaurant bookings and taxis ahead of time, made our 4 nights here magical.

The location and breakfast are excellent. We ended up eating dinner at the hotel restaurants 5 out of 6 nights because of the convenience. The only negative is we had to unload our taxi and carry our luggage up the stairs to the lobby.

Great location, easy for regular bus links to the airport, the beautiful beaches, shopping etc. Super friendly helpful staff and great pool/spa facilities too. Our delux room was great, just big enough for the additional child’s bed we needed, with park and sea views. We had a small balcony too but I have to say we didn’t use it as the wall was too high to see the view once sitting on the chairs and the adjacent room occupants were smokers. It did get a nice bit of evening sun. The carpet in the room was well worn and rather shabby but everything else, shower room, drinks making, fridge etc were well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Sweet thoughtful touch was the complimentary milk and cookies delivered each evening which our little one loved.

Fabulous hotel which is located a short walk to the center of St Helier. Bus station and stops depending where you want to go are conveniently located especially if you are coming from the airport. Recommend a bus rather that taxi as it is cheaper. Can't say enough about the staff, all without exception were friendly, helpful and always cheerful, a credit to them all and to the hotel. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful, lots of variety and enjoyable. Would recommend this hotel as a preferred choice to stay. Would re book again.

Efficient, good quality hotel with limited on site parking. The view towards the sea is good, but the adjacent areas are unattractive and the main road is busy. The room was spacious and of good standard. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a 10 minutes walk from the town centre and has good restaurants up an adjacent side road.

How stay was very comfortable and staff all friendly as well as helpful. Spa and treatment was lovely. If we had to find a fault it would be the parking as it was a bit of a squeeze.

A good base from which to explore the island. Friendly staff, a good breakfast, adequate parking if bringing a car and comfortable rooms. The views across to Elizabeth Castle and the bay make the sun terrace an attractive option. The shopping area of St Helier is easily reached on foot. We would definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a great location on the sea front and close to the town centre.There is a bus stop outside,ideal for return to the airport and exploring the island.The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Lovely hotel…Only issue we had was we booked this hotel because is advertised having parking !!!! After asking to confirm a parking place we were told it’s on a first come first serve basis. If no spaces are available then use the multi story car park around the corner….. To me that’s not a hotel offering parking !!! Was quite stressful returning back to the hotel daily not knowing weather we’d have a parking space or not….
