Aerotel Singapore - Transit Hotel in Terminal 1

Aerotel hotel offers a basic, room, that is comfortable and clean, with a complimentary meal. Bring your own toiletries except for body wash & hair wash. It was good for a short stay and the convenience of not leaving the airport.

Great location and very comfortable. I wish they would have provided better information and instructions how to find the hotel. We exited security and had to re-enter. Plus they is no information on the airport info boards how to find the hotel.

This is a painless way of coping with a long stopover. An easy ride on the skytrain from the other terminal without having to go through passport control etc. if you have a connecting flight. Easy check in good room with comfy bed. The only negative it is extremely expensive for a very short stay but still better than going out of the airport and coming back in for just a few hours

Couldn't get into the hotel. Was stuck at airport without a hotel.

Good: in-airport location. Not good: one tiny window in room, no fridge, kind of pricey. May not be here again.

I could not stay because it was inside the airport you need to have a boarding pass to get in. I tried to cancel, but they still charged me. Be careful of booking!!!!

This hotel is located at terminal one. Hotel is very quiet and have a swimming pool too. It is very easy to find. Only bad thing about this hotel is a little far from the restaurant but if you want to eat at the hotel they have a room service.

Great to be able to get some sleep and have a shower before starting on the next leg of our travels. Would highly recommend. Eileen and Phil

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They checked my flight status and gate number and told me when I needed to check out with enough time to get to my gate.

Our stay was great . The service perfect . They were so helpful to us concerning our luggage as our next flight was with another airline . The hotel is l located inside the immigration area so you cannot leave to pick up luggage and return again . However we went straight from flight to hotel . Luggage was stored in lost and unclaimed awaiting pickup by us next morning . Rooms are immaculate and a meal is included . They are a little expensive as you pay by the hour . We stayed from 7pm to 7 am about $300 AD. However for the difference it made ti our trip with not being worn out from sitting around the airport for hours and having a lovely shower with white fresh towels. A great night sleep in crisp white sheets in a comfortable bed was so very much worth every cent . Highly recommend including in the travel budget .
