A poor transportation decision found me at Hanoi airport at 1:00 am, and I'd Googled 24 hour check-in hotels in the vicinity. Booked Family Transit but wasn't sure if the Front Desk would still be open, so I used the Hotels.com chat with an agent to confirm. Hain waited up for me, and with minimal processing, i had a roof and a bed. Place was clean, spacious, and the perfect tonic. I slept well, was greeted with a coffee and a smile in the morning, and a taxi was soon arranged at a favourable price for my onward trip into Hanoi. Wonderful, and if he ever builds an infinity pool on the roof ... 👍

Hotel is close to the airport, that was the only reason, why we choose it. Staff was really unpleasant and unprofessional, so we didn´t have good feeling about this hotel!
Anyway room was clean and in quite good condition. It was enough for one night sleep for this price.

Surprisingly good. Clean, tidy, functional, proper.
Polite staff who speaks english well.
My room has a view to the airport some distance away. They waited at the airport and picked us up.

Good hotel for the price. Close to airport. Free ride from airport to hotel. Research other transpo options to city center. should be able to beat their $16 USD flat charge.

My friends and I needed a room to sleep before our flight, so this fit the bill. I would've recommend it if you're used to slightly nicer hotels. I love the country feel of the location though. The window looked out to lots of green grass.
